How to reset your password (For recipients)

In this article, we explain the process of resetting the password for a recipient in the user portal.

1. Navigate to your user portal:

2. Click on the Forgot password? option:

3. You should get the following output:

4. Enter your email address or username and select the Reset Password button:

5. You should receive the following email in your related email inbox:

6. Click on the Reset My Password button:

7. You will be prompted with the following window.

8. Put the new password twice in order to confirm it and click on Save:

9. As we can see, the password has been updated!
