# Whitelist IPs and Domains

In this article, we provide our domain’s **IPs** and **Hostnames** for the process of whitelisting. Organisations with stricter restrictions that want to use our **default** SMTP profile for [Email Campaigns](https://docs.cyberawaresecurity.com/admin-portal/email-campaigns) and [Student Notifications](https://docs.cyberawaresecurity.com/admin-portal/student-notifications) will have to essentially **approve** on an administrator level our domain, so the emails are not denied or recognised as **spam/junk.**
