# Editing Training Campaigns

This section explains how to modify existing Training Campaigns to better fit your organisation's needs. Learn how to update content, adjust settings, and optimize your campaigns for improved employee engagement and learning outcomes

**1.** In case you want to change the end date of the training campaign, click on the **Edit end date** button.

**2.** For this example, we will extend the campaign for an additional hour:

**3.** Click on **Save** to apply the changes or **Cancel** to review this again.

**4.** Select **Save** and on the prompt that pops up click **OK** to proceed.

**5.** As we can see, the **End date** has been updated!

**6.** Let’s see how this looks from the user’s perspective:

**7.** You can start the campaign **immediately** by pressing the **Start Campaign** button:

**8.** On the window that pops up select **Start Campaign** to proceed.

**9.** Click **OK** to resume.

**10.** Statistics will become available under the **Students** section of the campaign, but in this case, we will have no results drawn since we will not interact with the training content for this demonstration.

**11.** You can always **pause** the campaign by clicking on the  **Pause Campaign** button:

**12.** On the window that pops up select **Pause Campaign** to proceed.

**13.** Once again, click **OK** to continue.

**14.** You can **resume** the campaign by clicking on the  **Resume Campaign** button:

**15.** On the confirmation window, click **Resume Campaign** to apply the changes:

**16.** Press **OK** to continue:

**17.** We could demonstrate the **deletion** of the campaign, but since we can show this later on, let’s go ahead and click on **Complete Campaign** to end our campaign:

**18.** As usual, select **Complete Campaign** to end the process:

**19.** Click **OK** to finalise:

**20.** Let’s **Go Back** to the **Training Campaigns:**

**21.** As we can see, our campaign is no longer part of the **Active Campaigns**, so let’s go over to the **Archived Campaigns:**

**22.** To view **more than 10** entries in a single page, just click on the **drop-down list:**

**23.** To **view** the **results** of a campaign just click on the **statistics** button:

**24.** Finally, click on the **trash** **can** button to **delete** the campaign:

**25.** Select **Delete** to confirm your action:

**26.** At the end, click **OK** on the confirmation prompt that pops up.
