How to change a recipient's password as an admin

In this article, we explain the process of changing the password for a recipient through the admin portal.
1. Navigate to the Recipients section of the admin portal:
2. Click on the eye button to view a recipient’s details:
3. Finally, to change the recipient’s password click on the Change Password option:
4. Enter the new password twice and confirm it through the Change Password button. Alternatively, Cancel the change.
5. If you are sure about the change, choose Add or Cancel to reject it:
6. On the confirmation prompt that pops up, select OK to finalise.
