# How to change a recipient's password as an admin

In this article, we explain the process of **changing** the password for a **recipient** through the **admin** portal.

**1.** Navigate to the **Recipients** section of the admin portal:

**2.** Click on the **eye** button to view a recipient’s details:

**3.** Finally, to change the recipient’s password click on the **Change Password** option:

**4.** Enter the **new** password **twice** and confirm it through the **Change Password** button. Alternatively, **Cancel** the change.

**5.** If you are sure about the change, choose **Add** or **Cancel** to reject it:

**6.** On the confirmation prompt that pops up, select **OK** to finalise.
