## Reports Guide

In this segment, we are discussing all available reporting options in the **Reports** section of the admin portal. The **risk score** formula accurately calculates the risk of recipients based on critical factors, such as position in the company, training completed, phish prone level and data breaches. Reporting is a major feature for all corporations and their departments dealing with such matters (ex. Human Resources) and helps distinguish the risk **severity** of employees within the organisation.
